Blast Beak: Cannon Puzzle – Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Kasanan Games ("we", "us") for the iPhone game Blast Beak: Cannon Puzzle ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, delete the game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA") also applies to your use of the game. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails on the points it covers. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the game; we are responsible for the game and its content, for support and for any warranty claims, as described in the Apple EULA.

2. Virtual items

Coins, special shots (Ice Ball, Bomb, Lightning, Parrot Strike), chests and similar items in the game ("virtual items") are earned by playing or bought with an in-app purchase, and are a licence to use features of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or for anything outside the game, and cannot be sold, gifted or transferred to another person or device. Virtual items are stored only on your device; if you delete the game or reset the device, they are lost and we cannot restore them, except the Captain's Pass, which you can restore with Restore Purchases (see the Support page).

3. Price, in-app purchases and advertising

The game is free to download and play, and contains no advertising. It offers optional in-app purchases: coin packs, chests (coins plus special shots), a starter pack, the Captain's Treasure (the coins saved in the in-game treasure, in the amount shown before you buy) and the Captain's Pass. Every offer shows what it contains and its price in your local currency before you buy. Purchases are sold and processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms, using the payment method of your Apple Account; Apple, not us, handles payment, receipts and refunds (request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com). Coin packs, chests, the starter pack and the Captain's Treasure are consumable: they are delivered to your device at once, are used up in the game and cannot be restored after you delete the game. The Captain's Pass is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that you can restore on your devices with Restore Purchases in Settings. Because digital content is delivered immediately after you confirm the purchase, you agree that delivery starts at once; where the law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, it ends when delivery starts, to the extent the law allows. You can turn off in-app purchases in iOS Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Gameplay statistics

With your consent, the game sends gameplay statistics, tied to a random installation ID, to Unity Analytics to help us improve it. You can switch this off at any time in Settings > Usage data. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract content from the game, except where the law allows it despite this restriction; tamper with the save data, the in-game economy, purchases or the leaderboards to gain an unfair result, or use cheats, emulators or automation for that purpose; sell, rent or distribute the game or its content; use a pirate name (nickname) that is offensive, hateful, sexual, unlawful, that impersonates another person or that contains personal information or contact details; harass, threaten or abuse other players; or use the game for any unlawful purpose. Do not use your real name as a pirate name. We may, without notice, rename, hide or remove a leaderboard entry or player that breaks these rules or is clearly cheated, and exclude that player from the online leaderboards. You can report or hide another player's name by tapping their row on the Leaderboard tab, or report it by email.

6. Online leaderboards, Game Center and third-party services

The online leaderboards (weekly leagues and country, world and all-time rankings) are optional: you take part only if you tap Join, and you can leave at any time with Leave leaderboards on the Leaderboard tab, which deletes your leaderboard profile. When you take part, other players see your pirate name, country, points and rank. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: pirate names that are offensive, hateful, sexual or otherwise objectionable are not allowed, and neither is abusing other players (for example harassing, threatening or impersonating someone through a name). The game checks names against a word list and shows other players' names that fail it as "Captain". You can hide or report another player's name by tapping their row; we review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable names and may ban the player who chose one, or who abused other players, from the online leaderboards. By tapping Join you agree to these terms. Leagues, points and rankings are for fun, carry no prize and have no value outside the game; we may adjust points, reset boards or change how leagues work. The leaderboards run on Unity Gaming Services. The optional Game Center leaderboard is provided by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. We are not responsible for the availability of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual property and credits

The game, including the name "Blast Beak", the logo, the cannon, the parrot mascot Captain Boom and other characters, artwork, music, voice lines and code, is owned by or licensed to Kasanan Games and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no ownership of it. Third-party material is used under its own licence: the typeface Blastbeak Display (a modified version of Lilita One by Juan Montoreano, extended with Turkish letters and the ₺ sign) and Liberation Sans, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; several music tracks released into the public domain under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 by their authors (named in the game's Credits screen); and the Unity engine, used under Unity's licence terms. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners; Apple, App Store and Game Center are trademarks of Apple Inc. If you believe the game infringes your rights, email us and we will respond promptly.

8. Updates, availability and end of the game

We may update, change or discontinue features of the game, and the game may need to be updated to keep working. We may also stop selling in-app purchases or stop offering the game.

The Captain's Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it does not expire and needs no internet connection to keep its benefits on a device where it is active. It is a licence to use the features of this game described when you buy it, for as long as the game is available to you and runs on your device; it does not oblige us to keep offering, updating or supporting the game for any particular period, and it does not cover other games. If we decide to remove the game from the App Store, we will announce it in the game or on the Support page at least 30 days in advance and stop selling in-app purchases first, and we will not switch off the Captain's Pass or the coins in copies of the game that are already installed.

We may change these terms with a new version of the game; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use after an update means you accept it. If a change is material, we will say so in the update notes. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress stored on your device. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent, gross negligence or death or personal injury). Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection in Türkiye and the consumer law of your country of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye are competent, subject to your mandatory right as a consumer to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of your place of residence, and to rely on the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

Tolérance zéro pour les contenus inappropriés et les utilisateurs abusifs : les noms de pirate injurieux, haineux, sexuels ou autrement choquants, ainsi que le harcèlement d'autres joueurs, sont interdits. Ils sont supprimés et le joueur peut être exclu des classements en ligne ; les scores obtenus par triche peuvent être supprimés sans préavis. Touche la ligne d'un joueur pour masquer ou signaler son nom ; les signalements sont examinés sous 24 heures. En touchant Rejoindre, tu acceptes ces conditions.

Statistiques de jeu : avec ton accord, des statistiques de jeu liées à un identifiant d'installation aléatoire sont envoyées à Unity Analytics ; tu peux les désactiver à tout moment dans Réglages > Données d'usage.

Propriété intellectuelle : le jeu, le nom « Blast Beak », les personnages, les visuels, les sons et le code appartiennent à Kasanan Games ou lui sont concédés sous licence. Les polices tierces (Blastbeak Display, basée sur Lilita One, et Liberation Sans) sont utilisées sous licence SIL Open Font License, et plusieurs musiques sous licence CC0.

Droit applicable : le droit de la République de Turquie. Les dispositions impératives du droit de la consommation de ton pays de résidence continuent toutefois de s'appliquer, et tu conserves le droit de saisir les instances compétentes de ton lieu de résidence.

Toca la fila de un jugador para ocultar o denunciar su nombre; las denuncias se revisan en un plazo de 24 horas. Al tocar Unirse aceptas estos términos.

Propiedad intelectual: El juego, el nombre «Blast Beak», los personajes, las imágenes, los sonidos y el código pertenecen a Kasanan Games o se usan con licencia. Actualizaciones y fin del juego: Podemos actualizar o cambiar funciones del juego, retirar de la venta las compras dentro de la app o dejar de ofrecer el juego. Os itens ficam salvos apenas no seu aparelho e se perdem se você excluir o jogo (o Passe do capitão pode ser recuperado com Restaurar compras).

Preços e compras: o jogo é gratuito e não tem anúncios. As compras opcionais dentro do app (pacotes de moedas, baús, pacote inicial, Tesouro do capitão, Passe do capitão) são processadas pela Apple; o conteúdo e o preço aparecem antes da compra. Reembolsos são feitos pela Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Itens consumíveis são entregues imediatamente. Seus direitos obrigatórios como consumidor (por exemplo, pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor no Brasil ou pelas leis da UE) não são afetados.

Classificações online: a participação é opcional; você pode sair e apagar seu perfil com Sair da classificação, na aba Classificação. Outros jogadores veem seu nome de pirata, seu país e seus pontos. Tolerância zero com conteúdo impróprio e usuários abusivos: nomes de pirata ofensivos, de ódio, sexuais ou impróprios de qualquer outra forma, assim como assediar outros jogadores, não são permitidos. Esses nomes são removidos e o jogador pode ser banido das classificações online; registros obtidos com trapaça podem ser removidos sem aviso. Toque na linha de um jogador para ocultar ou denunciar o nome; as denúncias são revisadas em até 24 horas. Ao tocar em Entrar, você aceita estes termos.

Propriedade intelectual: o jogo, o nome "Blast Beak", os personagens, as imagens, os sons e o código pertencem à Kasanan Games ou são usados sob licença. As fontes de terceiros (Blastbeak Display, baseada na Lilita One, e Liberation Sans) estão sob a SIL Open Font License, e parte das músicas é CC0.

Atualizações e fim do jogo: podemos atualizar ou alterar recursos do jogo, parar de vender compras dentro do app ou deixar de oferecer o jogo. O Passe do capitão é uma compra única, não uma assinatura: ele não expira e não precisa de conexão com a internet no aparelho em que está ativo; ele vale para este jogo enquanto o jogo estiver disponível para você e funcionar no seu aparelho, e não nos obriga a oferecer nem a atualizar o jogo por um período determinado. Se decidirmos retirar o jogo da App Store, avisaremos no jogo ou na página de Suporte com pelo menos 30 dias de antecedência e primeiro encerraremos a venda das compras dentro do app; não desativaremos o Passe do capitão nem as moedas nas cópias do jogo já instaladas. Licenza: ti concediamo una licenza limitata, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per giocare sui dispositivi Apple di tua proprietà, per il tuo svago personale. Si applica anche il Contratto di licenza standard per l'utente finale (EULA) di Apple.

Oggetti virtuali: monete, colpi speciali e forzieri si guadagnano giocando o si acquistano; non hanno valore in denaro e non possono essere convertiti in denaro, venduti o trasferiti. Sono salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo e vanno persi se elimini il gioco (il Pass del capitano si può ripristinare con Ripristina acquisti).

Il Pass del capitano è un acquisto una tantum, non un abbonamento: non scade e non richiede una connessione a internet sul dispositivo su cui è attivo; vale per questo gioco per tutto il tempo in cui il gioco è disponibile per te e funziona sul tuo dispositivo, e non ci obbliga a offrire o aggiornare il gioco per alcun periodo determinato. Se decidiamo di rimuovere il gioco dall'App Store, lo annunceremo nel gioco o nella pagina Assistenza con almeno 30 giorni di anticipo e interromperemo prima la vendita degli acquisti in-app; non disattiveremo il Pass del capitano né le monete nelle copie del gioco già installate. I tuoi diritti inderogabili di consumatore restano salvi.

Classifiche online: la partecipazione è facoltativa; puoi uscire in qualsiasi momento con Lascia la classifica nella scheda Classifica, che cancella il tuo profilo. Gli altri giocatori vedono il tuo nome da pirata, il tuo paese e i tuoi punti. Tolleranza zero per i contenuti inappropriati e gli utenti molesti: non sono ammessi nomi da pirata offensivi, d'odio, sessuali o comunque inappropriati, né molestare altri giocatori. Questi nomi vengono rimossi e il giocatore può essere escluso dalle classifiche online; i risultati ottenuti barando possono essere rimossi senza preavviso. Tocca la riga di un giocatore per nascondere o segnalare il nome; le segnalazioni vengono esaminate entro 24 ore. Toccando Entra accetti questi termini.

Statistiche di gioco: se dai il consenso, statistiche di gioco legate a un ID di installazione casuale vengono inviate a Unity Analytics; puoi disattivarle quando vuoi in Impostazioni > Dati di utilizzo.
